This project explores how personal and workplace factors affect mental health in the tech industry. Using responses from over 1,300 professionals across multiple organizations, it uncovers key trends and patterns related to mental wellbeing and the decision to seek treatment. The analysis covers everything from cleaning complex survey data to building easy-to-understand dashboards.

Industry: Telecom company.

Mental health is often under-addressed in high-stress industries like tech, despite existing support programs.
This project tackles:

  • Visual Dashboards: Built user-friendly dashboards in Tableau to present findings visually, making it easy for non-technical users to explore the data.

  • Predictive Indicators: Highlighted trends that help estimate the likelihood of someone seeking treatment, using clear, explainable analysis methods.
